The Rencontres de la jeune photographie internationale

For more than 30 years in Niort, France, the Rencontres de la jeune photographie internationale is a festival whose heart is a residence of singular creation that brings together over twenty days emerging international artists. Internationally renowned artist. They have a free hand. It is a time of exchanges and sharing, inevitable encounters, experiments and confrontations. A multicultural and multi-generational collective framework for individual reflection.
The program combines around this residence several exhibitions of artists, emerging or unpublished work, offering a true photographic journey in the heart of Niort accompanied by meetings with artists, guided tours, screenings, evenings, round tables etc.

The International Young Photography Encounters > 7 exhibitions from 5 April to 25 May, Tuesday to Saturday from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm – Free admission
Creative Residency > from 10 to 28 April
The Crazy Night of Photography > Friday, April 25 from 10pm
