Food Temple 2018

After a successful first edition in 2017 with more than 15,000 visitors, the Food Temple festival returns in September 2018 at the Carreau du Temple. For three days, gastronomy takes over the Hall with three exceptional banquets for 600 people orchestrated by chefs from the new French cuisine scene selected by Gaudry & ses amis, a gourmet market of producers and craftsmen committed to quality and respect for products, and n n workshops and masterclasses to discover cooking tips and secrets.
During Food Temple, gastronomy becomes accessible to all. With free admission throughout the weekend in a spirit of celebration and conviviality with a bar and a children’s play area, Food Temple revises the classics of the kitchen and promotes healthy, seasonal food, responsible agriculture carried by committed professionals.
This major event of the new school year, produced by the Carreau du Temple with the support of numerous partners, celebrates the pleasure of being together around a good meal and the incomparable unifying power of the taste of good things.
