7th Angkor Photo Festival

As in previous editions, the 7th edition of the Angkor Photo Festival takes the decision not to impose a theme, but to invite the public to discover – or rediscover – the work of international photographers. 11o photographers, including 7o Asian photographers, will present their work as part of the 2o11 program. The festival thus affirms its main mission: the discovery of emerging Asian photographers.
Angkor Photo Festival is a place for meetings, connections and exchanges between friends and professional colleagues in photography.

The 2o11 program of 1o indoor and outdoor exhibitions and 8 evenings of outdoor screenings is selected by :
> Françoise Callier, Program Coordinator for the Angkor Photo Festival, in collaboration with the 9 members of an international committee.

Each year, in the form of a “Carte Blanche”, the festival offers the programming of 2 evenings of screenings to two personalities of photography. The 2 curators invited for 2o11 are :

Sylvie Grumbach / Director of the International Press Relations Agency 2nd Office – France
Jean-Yves Navel / Co-founder and Director of the Angkor Photo Festival – France
