For its 2nd edition, the festival presents 31 exhibitions in the heart of the city of Perpignan. From Kenya seen from the sky by Yann Arthus-Bertrand to War in the front line by Patrick Chauvel, Russian prisons and The Honey Hunters, are on the program of this 1990 edition. 6 evenings of screenings at the Palace of the Kings of Majorca will present the reports of many photojournalists. The exhibitions and screenings are free for all public.
