The association Pour le moment has, since 2013, a permanent place located in downtown Niort, the house of the writer Ernest Pérochon (Prix Goncourt 1920 for the novel Nêne), with an exhibition space of 260 m2 on two floors and a little more than 150 linear meters of hanging. The Villa Pérochon is a contemporary art center labeled of national interest by the Ministry of Culture since 2019, which also meets the expectations of local authorities such as the city of Niort and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
Throughout the year, the presence of artists, with a predominance of emerging artists, the dissemination of exhibitions including unpublished creations, cultural action, training of artists, education to image for a large public, the involvement of citizens and economic and institutional circles, all these components constitute an ecosystem facilitating exchanges necessary for reflection, experimentation and creation.
