Saazbuzz Jazz Festival

Created in 2025, the SaazBuzz jazz festival brings together musicians from the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and other regions of the world to explore jazz as a space for artistic dialogue.
For more than a decade, Pedram Niksirat, its founder, has shaped SaazBuzz as a platform for musical exchange, where tradition and improvisation merge to give birth to new expressions. The project was launched in Iran through two major festivals that paved the way for new collaborations:

Tehran Jazz Nights Festival (4 editions, 2018–2015)
Southern Nights Festival (4 editions, 2020–2017)

The first edition takes place in Paris, in 2025, in two historic halls of the Parisian music scene: the New Morning and the Trianon.
