In a city – Marseilles – whose very existence is based on the intermingling of people and their cultures, the Averroès Meetings aim to establish dialogues between the two shores of the Mediterranean. This year’s theme: Overcoming the fault?
There are many fault lines and their interactions are not always easy to grasp. The Rencontres d’Averroès attempts an initial approach that sketches out the terms of the debate and prepares the controversy, around four fault lines: genealogical, historical, geopolitical and in the City.
